Jiffy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes (uncooked)
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. milk
1 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes, onion and butter in water until potatoes are soft and very tender.
Add milk, parsley and seasonings.
Heat until almost boiling.
Top with grated cheese.
