Low-Fat Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lite butter
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar baby food prunes
    7 oz. marshmallow cream
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with wax paper; set aside.
    In a large saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in milk and sugar; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove pan from heat; gradually stir in chocolate chips.
    Add prunes, marshmallow cream, walnuts and vanilla.
    Pour into pan and chill.
    Cut into 48 pieces when firm.
