Stuffed Macaroni Shells(With Cheese Stuffing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (No. 75) jumbo shells
    1 lb. (2 c.) Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella or American cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook shells as directed. Combine all cheeses, bread crumbs, salt, parsley and egg.
    Fill parboiled shells immediately with cheese mixture.
    In a baking pan pour half the spaghetti sauce. Arrange filled shells on top of the sauce in a single layer.
    Top with the remaining sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
