Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red or yellow bell pepper
    2 small onions, diced
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    pinch of salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook beef, green and yellow peppers, onions and jalapeno pepper in skillet.
    Drain.
    In another pan, heat beans, chili powder, stewed tomatoes and salt.
    Pour beans into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle meat mixture over beans.
