Ingredients

5 lb. chicken wings
1/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
3/4 c. dry wine or ginger ale
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Wash and dry the chicken.
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven or deep skillet; brown the chicken in it.
Add the onions, green pepper, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano; cook for 10 minutes.
