Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1 c. hash browns
1/2 c. bacon
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. onion
2 to 3 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 c. mushroom pieces
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown pork; fry bacon and drain.
Press crescent dough on bottom and up sides of ungreased round pizza pan or 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan to form a crust; seal the perforations.
Spoon pork over crust.
Sprinkle hash browns, bacon, mushrooms and onions over pork.
Top with Velveeta cheese slices, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Beat eggs and milk.
Pour over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
