Cookie Sheet Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
3 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

In first bowl, add flour, sugar and salt. In 2nd bowl, eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla. In saucepan, bring butter, water, shortening and cocoa to boil; pour into ingredients in first bowl. Mix well. Mix ingredients in 2nd bowl and add to other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 floured and greased pan.
