Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box frozen spinach
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
1 onion, chopped fine
1 c. yogurt cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Yogurt Cheese: Place nonfat yogurt in coffee filter and place in strainer over a bowl.
Cover and let set in fridge overnight. Will be half the amount.
Use in place of sour cream.
