Succotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shelled baby lima beans
    3 ears corn, cooked
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan over medium heat, boil salted water; add beans and return to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Drain; scrape corn from cob and add with butter to pan.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in cream and heat through.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serves 4.
