Fatless Fettucine(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. fettucine
    1 whole chicken breast (1 lb.), skinned, boned and cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 c. sliced mushrooms (about 1/3 lb.)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. dry white wine or regular strength chicken broth
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Bring a 4-quart pot of water to boil. Cook fettucine according to package directions, about 10 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
