Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 white cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
    4 bananas
    16 oz. Cool Whip
    nuts and coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Bake cake mix according to box directions.
    Cool; cut into squares or crumble cake.
    Line the bottom of a bowl with 1/2 of the cake.
    Pour 1/2 of the Eagle Brand milk over cake.
    Cover with 1/2 can of pie filling, then 1/2 of the vanilla pudding (made according to directions on box).
    Cover pudding with 1/2 of crushed pineapple.
    Top with 2 sliced bananas.
    Repeat layers. Top with Cool Whip.
    Chill 24 hours before serving.
    Enjoy.
