Good Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pkg. dates
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Bring dates and water to a boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Cream oleo and sugar; add egg, cream of tartar and nuts.
Mix all ingredients together, except dates and water.
Last, add the dates and water and mix all well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 in muffin tins. Can use paper cups.
