Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    3/4 c. mayo or sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped green scallions, green pepper and pimento
    1/3 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab or 1 lb.
Preparation
    Scoop out insides of potatoes.
    Mix together mayo or sour cream, scallions, green pepper, pimento, cheese and crab; add to potato.
    Put in shell under broiler; brown top.
