Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 10 to 12 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup (1 can milk)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 stick margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Butter bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish and layer as follows: Layer of potatoes, layer of Velveeta cubes, several pats of margarine, soup (mixed with milk), salt and pepper (go lightly on salt as Velveeta and soup have salt).
Repeat, making several layers of ingredients, and cover casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and uncover for the last 15 minutes.
