Dolphin Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. dolphin filet, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1 c. onion
1 can potatoes
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. carrots
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
2 c. milk
paprika
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute fish in hot oil briefly.
Remove fish and set aside.
Add garlic and vegetables and saute lightly.
Add broth.
Stir in heavy cream and milk, oyster sauce and fish.
Heat through.
Thicken a little with gravy flour.
