Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. Raisin Bran flakes
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. Crisco
    1 egg
Preparation
    Pour milk over bran flakes and set aside.
    Beat egg, shortening and sugar together until smooth.
    Stir in bran mixture and flour until \"just moist\".
    Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, approximately.
    Makes 12 muffins.
