Cheese Dates - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. pitted dates
    pecans
Preparation
    Let cheese stand at room temperature until soft.
    Cream margarine; add cheese.
    Mix in flour, pepper and salt.
    Stuff dates with pecans.
    Pinch off small pieces of cheese mixture; roll around dates.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
