California Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head escarole
    1 head romaine
    1/2 large red onion
    1 bag shelled sunflower seeds
    3 large cans drained mandarin oranges
    fresh dill or fresh sprigs of coriander
    4 Tbsp. sunflower oil
    balsamic vinegar to taste
Preparation
    Clean by washing escarole and romaine and sprigs of dill or coriander.
    Tear and make large salad.
    Add thinly sliced red onion.
    Only add mandarin oranges, sunflower seeds and vinegar. Add oil just before serving.
    It is a refreshing salad.
    Enough for 8 people.
