Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk (more if needed)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add egg and milk.
    Hold finger over bottom of funnel; fill funnel with mix.
    Drop into 1 inch of oil heated to 375\u00b0.
    Fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
