German Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. snipped, fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut (undrained)
    water
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients.
    Shape into 18 meatballs.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Brown and remove meatballs.
    Drain fat.
    Spoon sauerkraut into skillet.
    Top with meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
    Add water if needed.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
