Easter Cake Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
6 Tbsp. soft butter or oleo
3 Tbsp. milk or cream (or enough to moisten)
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 egg whites
Preparation

Beat together the confectioners sugar, butter, milk or cream and lemon extract until smooth.
Add the egg whites and beat until light.
Frost the layers and sides of cake.
