Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. croutons
    2 c. corn flakes
    4 c. diced fresh rhubarb
Preparation
    Blend butter or margarine with 1/2 cup sugar thoroughly.
    Add eggs and beat well. Stir in nutmeg, vanilla, croutons and corn flakes.
    Place half of the mixture in greased, shallow baking dish. Arrange rhubarb evenly over top and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and remaining creamed mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until rhubarb is done.
