Smoked Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
5 large potatoes
2 small green peppers
about 1 lb. smoked sausage
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Thinly slice onion.
Peel and slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
Layer potatoes and onions in bottom of greased casserole dish.
Wash peppers and cut into rings (removing seeds).
Arrange on top of potatoes.
Slice sausage and place on top.
Cover and bake about 1 hour, until potatoes are tender. Remove cover and bake about 15 minutes longer to brown sausage.
