Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1/2 c. milk
    pepper, salt and parsley to taste
    2 pkg. manicotti shells
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Boil manicotti shells until tender.
    Brown and drain ground beef and sausage.
    Mix together with 1/2 pound cheese, egg, bread, milk and spices.
    Cover bottom of a baking dish with spaghetti sauce.
    Stuff shells with mixture and place in dish.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce and remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbles.
