Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick. Stir in flour and milk.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and add seasonings.
    Pour into well-greased round skillet. Cook over low flame until well puffed and slightly brown on bottom. Omelet should be firm when touched at this stage.
    Complete cooking process in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Serve at once.
