Shrimp And Chicken Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, unpeeled
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Cook chicken and chop.
    Cook shrimp and peel and cut in half lengthwise and sprinkle with garlic, pepper and white wine.
