Creamy Broccoli Or Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, etc.)
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Cook vegetables in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Place in casserole.
Beat soup and milk until smooth. Pour over vegetables.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Mix biscuit mix with margarine and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
