Fried Sweet Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    Granulated sugar
Preparation
    Peel and slice the potatoes lengthwise in 1/4 inch thick slices.
    Heat the butter and oil in a skillet.
    Place potato slices in skillet and cook until lightly brown on each side.
    They should be fork tender after browning. Place on absorbent paper and sprinkle generously with sugar on both sides.
    These are easy to make and surprisingly delicious.
