Busy Season Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 1 to 2 lb. cooked, cubed steak (fried in olive or canola oil)
    salt
    3 to 4 large potatoes
    5 to 6 large carrots
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Fry cubed steak and then put in a casserole dish.
    Add a layer of carrots.
    Add a layer of potatoes.
    Salt each layer.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
