One Hour Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    4 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Heat buttermilk to lukewarm.
    Add yeast, dissolved in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, soda and flour (all sifted together). Add oil and beat well.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Knead, then roll and cut with cutter.
    Butter pan; set for 30 minutes and butter tops.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
