Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup salad oil
6 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. wine vinegar
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine and beat with mixer until well blended. Add 2 heads cauliflower, 1 can black olives(sliced), 1 small jar pimentos and any amount of green or red peppers, onions, carrots, celery or any other vegetables that are desired.
Mix everything together and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
