Apricot Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
1 c. apricot-pineapple jam
Preparation

Mix flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and baking powder.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Pat 2/3 of this into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread jam over this layer and cover jam with remaining crumb mixture.
Press down lightly.
