Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
5 drops food color, put in 1 c. water

Preparation

Mix well.
Pour and stir while cooking.
When thickens, dump on board and knead when cool enough to handle.
