Hershey'S Chocolate Peppermint Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Line jellyroll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch, with aluminum foil; generously grease pan.
    In large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until foamy; gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
    Set aside.
