Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins, soaked in water
    3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. grated apple
    3 eggs
    1 c. canola oil
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
    Pour 3 ounces of batter in greased or paper lined muffin pan.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
    Remove.
    Cool and serve.
