Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. cooked ground beef
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce plus 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Prepare peppers.
    Cut off tops.
    Remove seeds.
    Boil 10 to 15 minutes in salted water.
    Drain and put in flat baking dish. Combine rice, beef and crackers.
    Add 1/2 cheese and 1/2 tomato sauce-water mixture.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into peppers.
    Sprinkle with rest of cheese and drizzle with rest of tomato sauce.
    Cover loosely with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
