Applesauce Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. applesauce
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage (optional)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Beat egg with milk.
Add croutons; let stand until soft.
Beat until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients; combine thoroughly. Shape into 24 balls.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Combine soup and water; pour over meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
