Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, peeled and diced
    1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    4 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and whole kernel corn. Drain the zucchini and corn. Mix eggs, onion, milk and salt. Pour egg mixture over zucchini and corn in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Bake in covered, greased casserole 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Can be microwaved for 20 minutes.
