Chive Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
dash of white pepper
2 Tbsp. snipped chives
Preparation

Whirl
or
process
ingredients until smoothly blended. If made
ahead,
shake well before using.
Use over vegetables of your choice.
Can top salad with crumbled Blue cheese too.
