Fiesta Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
    1 onion
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) packet chili seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (27 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives, drained
    sour cream
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    In a 3-quart pot, place chili seasoning, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and garlic salt. Add meat; bring mixture to boiling.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in olives and heat a few minutes longer.
    Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onion.
    Makes 6 servings. Good served with corn muffins or corn chips and lettuce wedges with a creamy dressing.
