Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
6 Tbsp. buttermilk
flour
Preparation
-
Cream
butter, egg and sugar.
Mix soda with buttermilk and add
to
mixture.
Add
vanilla.
Add enough flour to make dough, roll out and cut.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
