Chicken Encore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. stuffing mix
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts until well done, about 40 minutes.
    Cool. Remove skins and meat from the bones; cut into big cubes.
    To make the sauce for the casserole, saute mushrooms in the margarine and gradually add flour, milk, chicken soup and chicken broth. Stir until thickened, then remove from the heat.
