Really Corny Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cut corn, defrosted
    1 c. cold water
    2 large eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Combine corn, water and eggs in food processor using steel blade.
    Process until corn kernels are completely pureed.
    Add flour; process briefly with quick, on-off motions; scraping down container until blended.
    Transfer to nonstick muffin tins that have been greased.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
    Top will not brown; don't overbake.
    Serve warm.
