Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 small grated onion (purple)

Preparation

Mix and chill.
Mold into a ring and fill with strawberry preserves.
