Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak
    1 can consomme soup
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut round steak into serving sizes and brown.
    Add onion.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients except green pepper together and pour over steak.
    Add green pepper and simmer until done.
