Vegetables Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried tarragon
    2 Tbsp. dried thyme
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped snow peas
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1/2 c. diced red or yellow peppers
    8 oz. linguine, cooked
Preparation
    Whisk the milk, cornstarch and cheese in a large saucepan until smooth.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Reduce the heat and simmer until thick.
    Stir in pepper, tarragon, thyme and parsley.
    Heat olive oil in large, nonstick skillet.
    Add the peas, celery, scallions, carrots and sweet peppers.
    Stir-fry the vegetables until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add sauce to veggies; mix.
