Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. fresh blueberries
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Add blueberries and lemon rind.
    Toss to coat berries.
    Spoon into an unbaked pie crust.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust.
    Brush a little milk on crust.
    Sprinkle a little sugar on it.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
