Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening with pastry blender.
    Add raisins and caraway
    seed.
    In separate bowl, beat egg and milk.
    Add egg mixture to the dry ingredients.
    Stir until evenly mixed.
    Pour into a greased and floured bread pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
