Ingredients

1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Italian season
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place ground beef, green pepper, onions, seasons, egg, crumbs and half of the tomato sauce.
Mix well to form into a loaf.
Add remaining tomato sauce and cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
