Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 small green tomatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    lemon juice
    cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust.
    Crumble together brown sugar, flour, butter, salt, cinnamon or nutmeg; stir gently into sliced tomatoes.
    Add 3 to 5 more pats of butter atop.
    Cover with pie crust; seal.
    Top with milk, cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
